Mind & Body
In order to make long term change, the mind and body have to be in sync. When you are stressed ... your body will be sick. When you don't take care of your body ... your mind does not work as well. While I know this may sound overly simplified ... I can give an example ... when I allow stress to take over my mind, I get sick. When I fill my body with poor food choices and I don't exercise .... I literally cannot focus and feel ill. When I create good balance, I think clearly and really don't get sick ... and feel amazing :)
